Note: To pay with a Cashier’s Check, Money Order and/or Personal Check, you must call in the order or advise us through email. We will then send you a form via fax or email that must be completed and all instructions followed in order to process your order. Also, Personal checks must clear before shipment.

We ship in-stock orders within 3-5 business days. We use United States Postal Service First Class Mail and/or Priority Mail. Please email or call us to make arrangements for any other desired method of shipping.

Returns

Books and audio CDs are not returnable except for the following: book(s) or audio CD(s) damaged during shipping. In this case, please notify us within 24 hours of your delivery to report the damage, confirming that the damage occurred in transit and is not the result of use or misuse of the product. Please keep all original packaging. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which you will need prior to returning the book(s) or audio CD(s). Simply email us at info@christiangadgets.com with your name and invoice number or give us a call at (561)843-3977. Please return merchandise to Christian Gadgets, Inc. with the RMA number, original packaging materials, and original shipping carton if available. Christian Gadgets, Inc. will refund your return shipping costs and replace your order. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
